BACKGROUND
Francesca Grippa is a member of the Social
Network Mapping Project at Università degli Studi di Lecce, Italy, e-Business Management School. The primary aim of the project is to "monitor and analyze the dynamics of social networks evolving in virtual communities of knowledge practice," by examining the use of different modes of communication inside the e-Business Management School. This study is an interesting example of a web-based project.
