BACKGROUND
Bruce Hoppe is a lecturer
and director at the Online Social Network Lab in the Department of
Computer Science at Boston University. He is also the founder and
president of Connective Associates, LLC.
Dr. Hoppe provided two
links. The first is a link to his leadership networks wiki. Included in
the wealth of useful and interesting social network-related information
on this page is a link (towards the top of the page) that takes you to
his web-based survey instrument exploring leadership networks as
they relate to community development. Dr. Hoppe gives you the
opportunity to copy and use this instrument (a free Survey Monkey
account is required to do so).
The second link provided
takes you to Dr. Hoppe's "Connectedness" blog. Included in this page is
a link to another survey (also through Survey Monkey), this one oriented
more towards organizational networks. Dr. Hoppe has kindly offered the
opportunity to utilize this instrument too.
